In the last two posts we have seen the theory to connect the 555 as a timer, let's see how this is really mounting.
As we saw earlier, for 5 [s] we use a capacitor of 100 [mF] and a resistor of 47 [KΩ]. But there is another resistor been used that is not used to calculate the time, for him we will use the value of 1 [KΩ].

With the exception of the values, the only change to the example of the previous post is the third pin of 555, it goes directly connected to pin 15 of the LCD.
